It was a wonderful weekend at the the foot of the Matterhorn. On Saturday was slopestyle and on Sunday half-pipe on the agenda.

It's like in the dream of each Freeskier: I arrived to Zermatt (Switzerland) and went in a hotel where I got ready for the coming morning, that is for the Swiss Championship.
On the first day was slope-style on the agenda and I was very happy because this is my favorite discipline. It was really cool; I had to ride against Andri and Elias Ambühl, Janne Van Eckenfort and more good riders. These meant to me I had to give my best to get on a good position. I really gave my best but unfortunately it was only enough to get on the 11th place among the U20. Actually I was pretty satisfied but also completely exhausted. I chilled out a little bit with my room-mate Fabian who's always very funny and on the ball.
On the second day it was time to ride in the half-pipe. I'm not very good in the pipe, nevertheless I was highly motivated (also thanks to the weather) as I got up early in the morning. I was able to show my first 720 and some switch tricks in the pipe. It was a gorgeous day with a lot of riders with whom I had fun the whole day. My friend Fabian Meyer showed very high tricks and won the Swiss Championship in the pipe among the U16. Elias Ambühl was placed second, Sämi Ortlieb third and I got on the unlucky 4th place! Also this day I was totally exhausted but satisfied.
